How to Use the Bi-Beats Audio Meditation Program

This simple, audio-only meditation tool can be used to help restore a sense of calm when you feel stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or even when you are having an addictive urge and want to distract your brain from thoughts about using.

A short session can go a long way in helping you to get relaxed and change your focus.
-When you’re ready, start the audio tool and let your mind relax.
  • -Take slow calming breaths and listen to the tones as they move from left to right.​
  • -If possible, close your eyes, but you may also choose to keep your eyes open with an un-fixed gaze on a slightly distant object.

You can complete shorter sessions of around 3-4 minutes, or longer sessions of  about 10 minutes. Whatever feels comfortable for you personally.
You can even complete a session in small blocks with rest periods in between by using the 10 second, 30 second, or 45 second timer buttons.​
Anytime you feel overwhelmed or need a time out from your day, you can do a session. Even multiple sessions in one day.
